A wag in the tail

Tonight I headed to a wagamama’s, which is not an unusual event, but on this visit I had a realisation; this is the only restaurant where your meals and courses can turn up at anytime and in any order and you don’t mind. This is all down to the fact the waiter/waitress is completely open and honest about this fact from the very beginning. The brand itself takes the lead with the enviroment of open plan dining, chopsticks and the chefs working right infront of you. So honesty and openess really works for waga’s and a good number of restaurants and companies could learn from this. Oh and fantastic cheesecake with ginger and great coffee does help.
